Terms and Conditions

 
  • A deposit of $240 is required within 2 days of making a reservation to secure a booking.  (Christmas/Holiday Period deposit of $840)
  • We accept Cheque, Money Order or Internet Banking Direct Deposit Transfers .
  • Please make cheques payable to "Bundeena Beach B & B".
  • The balance of the accommodation tariff is payable at check in. We are only able to accept cash for this final payment. Please come prepared as Bundeena has only one ATM which is located at the RSL Club.
  • Payment of deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, less $100 administration fee. If your booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will only be refunded if we are able to relet the accommodation with a replacement booking for the full period of your booking cancelled.
  • Standard Check-in time is 2 pm or by arrangement prior to 9 pm.
  • Check-out time is 10 am. Keys must be returned at departure.
  • Rooms can accommodate maximum 2 adults and guests must be over 18 years old.  
  • Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate Children or Pets.  No smoking inside room.
  • Bookings are not transferable to others and the property is not to be 'sub let'.
  • Upon departure the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.   Any Damage, Breakage, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
  • The owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
  • The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such circumstances any deposit paid will be returned in full.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
